ScopeLock is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for service businesses that are trying to scale but keep bleeding profit through unclear deliverables, endless revisions, and inconsistent change orders. It turns every proposal into a “scope contract” with measurable deliverables, acceptance criteria, revision limits, and a built-in change-order workflow. It connects to your project tool and email to detect scope drift (new requests, extra meetings, added tasks) and prompts you to either log it as in-scope, convert it to a paid change, or decline it with a templated response. It also tracks margin by client and project phase, so you can see which accounts are quietly unprofitable. This is not a generic PM tool; it’s a scope enforcement and profitability system designed for agencies, consultants, studios, and freelancers moving from operator to manager.
