ScopeLock is a web app (with lightweight mobile companion) that helps freelancers and small agencies turn messy discovery calls into a clear scope, price, and contract—fast. It guides you through a structured intake, then generates a plain-English scope of work, assumptions, exclusions, timeline, and change-order rules. It also produces a client-ready proposal with tiered options (good/better/best) and a built-in “scope boundary” checklist the client must initial. After signing, it tracks requests against the agreed scope and suggests a change order when the client drifts. This is not a full project management suite; it’s a pre-project and scope-control tool that prevents unpaid work and endless revisions. Integrates with Stripe for deposits and with Google Calendar for kickoff scheduling. The goal: fewer bad projects, fewer disputes, and faster yes/no decisions.
