ScopeLock

ScopeLock is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns messy client requests into signed, trackable scope in minutes. Solopreneurs paste an email thread or meeting notes, and the app drafts a clear scope statement, assumptions, exclusions, milestones, and a change-request policy. It generates a client-friendly “Scope Sheet” link for approval, then logs every new request against the agreed scope with a simple in/out decision and a suggested change order price. It also keeps an audit trail (who asked, when, what changed) to reduce disputes. Integrations pull in messages from Gmail/Outlook and tasks from Trello/Asana, but the MVP can work with copy/paste. The goal is not project management—it’s preventing unpaid work and awkward conversations by making scope explicit and enforceable.
