ScopeLock is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for freelancers and contractors who keep losing money to vague requirements, endless revisions, and “quick tweaks.” It turns messy client chats and notes into a clear, signed scope: deliverables, assumptions, revision limits, out-of-scope rates, and acceptance criteria. It includes a change-order workflow that makes clients approve added work before you start, plus simple milestone invoicing tied to acceptance. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI drafts scopes, flags ambiguous language, and suggests missing clauses based on project type, while the core product is a structured contract + workflow. The goal isn’t legal perfection—it’s practical clarity and a paper trail that prevents disputes and protects cash flow without hiring a lawyer for every job.
