ScopeLock is a web + mobile app that turns messy freelance requests into enforceable, client-friendly scopes in minutes. Freelancers paste a client email/chat, pick a project type, and the app generates a clear deliverables list, assumptions, exclusions, revision limits, timeline, and payment milestones. It then produces a shareable “Scope Page” with client sign-off, change-request workflow, and automatic re-quoting when new asks appear. The app also tracks communication and flags risky phrases (“quick tweak,” “should be simple”) that typically lead to unpaid work. It integrates with Stripe for deposits and with common tools (Gmail, Slack, Notion) to capture requests where they happen. This is not a marketplace; it’s a defensive layer that helps independents get paid for what they actually do and reduces client conflict through clarity and documented agreement.
