ScopeMap

ScopeMap is a web app (with optional lightweight mobile companion) for curriculum designers and instructional coaches who are tired of spreadsheets, version confusion, and weak standards alignment. Upload your standards (state, district, IB/AP) and your existing unit/lesson docs, then build a living scope-and-sequence with clear coverage, prerequisites, and assessment links. The AI assists by extracting learning objectives from documents, suggesting gaps/overlaps, and generating alignment evidence notes, but humans approve every change. The app outputs auditor-friendly reports: standards coverage heatmaps, pacing calendars, and change logs for compliance. It also supports collaboration with roles (author, reviewer, approver) so curriculum updates don’t become email chains. This is not a “make me a curriculum” toy; it’s a workflow tool that reduces rework, improves traceability, and makes reviews faster and less political.
