ScopeMatch is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps teams find and book vetted experts for narrowly-defined questions in minutes. Instead of browsing profiles, users write a short “scope brief” (what decision they’re making, constraints, and what they need to learn). The system proposes 3-5 best-fit experts, shows why each matches, and enforces transparent pricing, availability, and conflict-of-interest disclosures before a call is booked. After the call, users get a structured call summary, key takeaways, and a searchable knowledge log for internal reuse. Experts get a lightweight onboarding flow, calendar sync, payout tracking, and a reputation score based on outcomes and client feedback—not vanity metrics. The product is realistic: it focuses on speed, compliance basics, and repeatable workflows rather than pretending it can replace high-touch recruiting.
