ScopeSage

ScopeSage converts messy home energy audit notes, photos, and blower-door/IR findings into a clean, contractor-ready scope of work with line items, assumptions, and acceptance criteria. The core value is not “more insights,” but fewer change orders: it standardizes what gets done, how it’s verified, and what documentation is required for rebates or financing. Users upload audit PDFs, utility bills, and site photos; the app produces a prioritized retrofit package (air sealing, insulation, HVAC, ventilation) with dependencies and a simple checklist for pre/post verification. It also generates homeowner-facing summaries that set expectations (comfort, noise, dust, access needs) to reduce cancellations. This is realistic because most retrofit projects fail in the handoff between audit and contractor execution, not in the physics. It won’t replace a good auditor; it will make their output usable.
