ScopeSentry is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that turns messy project requests into enforceable, trackable scope. It captures every change request, ties it to a contract/SOW line item, estimates impact (time/cost), and routes it for approval before work begins. The core is a lightweight workflow: intake form, auto-generated change order, approval chain, and a running “scope delta” dashboard per client/project. An AI layer drafts change-order language, summarizes request threads, and suggests impact ranges based on historical tasks and rates—while keeping humans in control. It’s built for small agencies, consultants, and internal ops teams who lose margin to “quick favors.” The app also produces client-ready PDFs and an audit trail, so disagreements don’t become he-said-she-said. This is not a full project management suite; it plugs into what teams already use.
