ScopeSentry is a web app (with Slack/Teams integrations) that keeps projects aligned by turning messy conversations into a living “scope contract.” It captures decisions, assumptions, and non-goals from meetings, tickets, and chat threads, then prompts the team to confirm changes before work drifts. Instead of another task manager, it sits on top of your existing tools (Jira/Linear, Slack/Teams, Google Docs/Notion) and flags when new requests conflict with agreed scope, timelines, or owners. Lightweight approval flows let PMs and leads accept, defer, or reject changes with a clear audit trail. The goal is fewer surprise deadlines, fewer rework cycles, and less “I thought you meant…” drama. It’s an AI-assisted collaboration layer focused on alignment and change control, not generic communication.
