ScopeSentry is a web app with AI assistance that turns messy consulting inputs into a defensible scope of work (SOW) and change-order workflow. You paste meeting notes, emails, and discovery answers; it drafts a structured SOW with assumptions, exclusions, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and a risk register. It then tracks “scope drift” by comparing new client requests to the signed scope and suggests a change request with impact on timeline and fees. The product is intentionally narrow: it’s not a full proposal tool or project management suite. It focuses on the most expensive consulting failure mode—unclear scope and unpaid extra work. Templates are tailored by engagement type (strategy, data, implementation) and can be exported to Google Docs/Word/PDF. A lightweight approval trail helps consultants enforce boundaries without sounding adversarial.
