ScopeShield

ScopeShield is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that turns messy prospect calls and vague emails into a clear, enforceable project scope and change-order workflow. You paste notes, emails, or a call transcript, and the AI drafts: a one-page scope summary, assumptions, out-of-scope list, milestones, acceptance criteria, and a pricing model (fixed, retainer, or hourly) with risk buffers. It also generates a client-friendly “Scope Confirmation” link that requires checkbox acknowledgements before work begins, plus a simple change-request form that auto-quotes impact on timeline and cost. This isn’t a full proposal suite; it’s a pre-contract clarity tool that reduces back-and-forth and prevents underpricing. Integrations push approved scope into Notion/Jira/Trello and create an invoice schedule in Stripe. The goal is faster yes/no decisions and fewer painful renegotiations mid-project.
