ScopeShield

ScopeShield helps freelancers and small agencies negotiate higher rates by turning vague requests into a defensible scope and pricing narrative. You paste a client email or brief, and the app generates a structured scope checklist, assumptions, exclusions, and a tiered pricing proposal (good/better/best) with clear tradeoffs. It also creates a “change request” template and a lightweight paper trail so you can push back on unpaid additions without sounding combative. The goal isn’t magical salary hacking—it’s reducing ambiguity, which is where undercharging and awkward negotiations happen. The app includes a small library of industry-specific scope modules (websites, design, copywriting, analytics, automation) and lets you save your own. It’s realistic: it won’t replace experience, but it will make your quotes more consistent, faster, and harder for clients to nickel-and-dime.
