ScopeSieve
ScopeSieve is a web app (with a lightweight Slack integration) that detects and prevents scope creep in product work. It connects to Jira/Linear and Slack, watches new tickets, comments, and requirement changes, then flags “silent expansion” (new acceptance criteria, extra edge cases, added stakeholders, new dependencies) and forces a quick decision: approve, defer, or drop. It generates a one-page “Scope Delta” summary for each sprint/release, quantifies impact (cycle time risk, capacity hit), and logs who approved the change. This is not a generic PM suite; it’s a narrow guardrail tool that makes scope changes visible and auditable. The AI component drafts concise deltas and suggested trade-offs, but the workflow is intentionally human-owned to avoid hallucinated requirements. The goal is fewer surprise delays and less burnout from endless “small” additions.
