ScopeSignal

ScopeSignal is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps freelancers and small agencies turn messy client requests into priced packages that protect margin. You paste a brief, call notes, or an email thread; the app extracts deliverables, assumptions, risks, and “unknowns,” then generates 2–3 package options (good/better/best) with clear boundaries, revision limits, timelines, and add-on pricing. It also creates a one-page proposal and a scope checklist the client must confirm before work starts. The brutal reality: most pricing tools are generic calculators; they don’t prevent scope creep or force clarity. ScopeSignal focuses on the parts that actually lose you money—ambiguous requirements, missing constraints, and unpriced change requests—so you can quote faster and defend your price without sounding defensive.
