ScopeSnap is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps small and mid-sized companies collect credible sustainability evidence from their suppliers without hiring a consultancy. Instead of vague surveys, it requests specific artifacts (utility bills, freight invoices, packaging specs, certifications), extracts key fields, and builds an auditable trail for ESG questionnaires and customer procurement requests. It focuses on “good enough, defensible” reporting: clear assumptions, versioned documents, and a simple emissions estimate where data exists—while flagging where it doesn’t. The app generates export-ready responses for common frameworks (customer-specific forms, CDP-style questions) and tracks supplier response rates with reminders. It’s not a magic carbon calculator; it’s a workflow tool that reduces the grind, improves data quality over time, and makes sustainability reporting less of a quarterly fire drill.
