ScopeStamp

ScopeStamp is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that turns a homeowner’s messy project idea into a permit-ready scope and contractor-ready packet. Users answer a guided questionnaire, upload photos, and select their city/ZIP. The app pulls local permit requirements, typical inspection steps, and common red flags, then generates: (1) a clear scope-of-work document, (2) a bid comparison sheet with apples-to-apples line items, and (3) a change-order template that prevents surprise pricing. Contractors can respond in a structured format, attach license/insurance, and propose timelines. The AI assists by drafting scope language, flagging missing details that trigger permit rejections, and highlighting bid anomalies (e.g., missing disposal, no waterproofing). This isn’t a marketplace; it’s a documentation and compliance layer that reduces disputes and delays.
