ScopeTripwire
ScopeTripwire is a web app (with Slack/Teams integration) that detects early warning signs of project failure—scope creep, hidden dependencies, unrealistic dates, and chronic decision delays—by continuously comparing what was promised vs. what is actually happening. It ingests Jira/Azure DevOps tickets, PR/commit metadata, meeting notes, and change requests, then flags “risk patterns” like rising cycle time, exploding backlog, repeated rework, and stakeholder churn. It produces a simple weekly risk brief for executives and a tactical action list for PMs (e.g., freeze scope, renegotiate milestones, add QA capacity, or escalate missing decisions). This is an AI + traditional app: AI summarizes signals and drafts risk narratives; deterministic rules ensure explainability. It’s brutally pragmatic: it won’t magically fix bad leadership, but it will surface problems early enough to act before the project becomes unrecoverable.
