ScoreExplain

ScoreExplain is a web app (with an optional API) that helps lenders and fintechs generate compliant, human-readable explanations for credit decisions and score changes. It ingests your model outputs (score, reason codes, feature contributions) plus bureau and alternative data fields, then produces adverse action notices, customer-facing “why” summaries, and internal audit trails. It also runs drift and fairness checks to flag when explanations or outcomes change materially by segment. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules/templates ensure regulatory consistency, while an LLM drafts plain-language explanations and support scripts that map back to specific, logged factors. The product is designed for small-to-mid lenders who can’t afford a full compliance and model risk team but still need defensible documentation. Expect heavy emphasis on traceability, versioning, and “no hallucinations” constraints rather than flashy AI.
