ScoutLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps small-to-mid sports programs run scouting and recruitment like a disciplined pipeline instead of a messy spreadsheet. It centralizes prospect profiles, contact history, evaluations, video links, event attendance, and eligibility/academic notes. The AI layer auto-extracts key details from game film notes, emails, and PDFs, then suggests next actions (follow-up, invite, campus visit) and flags risks (missing transcripts, outdated contact info, duplicate prospects). It also provides a simple “board” view for coaches: priority tiers, positional needs, scholarship/roster constraints, and deadlines. Brutal reality: you won’t beat enterprise recruiting suites on features; you win by being cheaper, faster to set up, and actually used daily by coaches who hate admin work.
