ScoutProof is a mobile + web AI app that helps coaches and scouts identify talent using standardized, repeatable evidence. Instead of relying on shaky highlight reels and biased tryout impressions, it guides evaluators through short, sport-specific assessment templates (speed, agility, decision-making, technical execution) and captures structured ratings plus quick video clips. The AI doesn’t “pick the best athlete” magically; it flags inconsistencies, rater bias, and missing data, and produces a clear shortlist with confidence notes and comparable benchmarks by age/position. Teams can run multi-rater evaluations, merge results across sessions, and export a defensible report for parents, directors, or scholarship committees. It’s designed for real-world constraints: noisy fields, limited time, and evaluators with different standards. The goal is fewer bad selections, fewer arguments, and a cleaner development pipeline.
