ScoutSnap

ScoutSnap is a web + mobile AI app for youth and amateur teams that converts full-game video into simple, coach-ready analytics without expensive hardware. Coaches upload a recording from a phone or camcorder; the app auto-detects possessions, key events (shots, turnovers, set pieces), and generates a clean timeline with clips. It outputs practical metrics that matter at this level: shot quality buckets, transition vs set-play efficiency, player involvement rates, and “three coaching notes” auto-summaries. It also includes a lightweight opponent scouting report: tag 10 clips, and ScoutSnap suggests tendencies and counters. The product is intentionally not “pro-grade”—it’s fast, good-enough, and affordable. Exportable clip packs and PDF reports make it easy to share with players and parents. Monetization is subscription per team with optional per-game processing credits.
