ScrambleIQ is a mobile + web AI app that helps wrestling coaches and athletes break down match footage fast. You upload a video (or record from the phone), mark the two wrestlers, and the app auto-generates a timeline of key moments: takedown attempts, escapes, reversals, near-fall sequences, and out-of-bounds resets. It then produces a simple “what to drill next” report: top 3 recurring mistakes, best scoring setups, and position-specific clips to review. The reality: perfect automated scoring is hard, especially with bad angles and chaotic scrambles, so the MVP focuses on semi-assisted tagging—AI suggests events and you confirm in one tap. The value is speed and consistency: less time rewinding, more time coaching. Teams can share clip playlists with athletes and parents, and track progress across the season.
