ScreenCheck

ScreenCheck is a mobile + web preventive-health planner that turns confusing guideline tables into a simple, personalized screening calendar. Users answer a short intake (age, sex at birth, family history, smoking, vaccines, prior results), and the app generates a “what to do next” list: colon cancer screening, cervical screening, mammograms, blood pressure, lipids, diabetes, vaccines, and more. It syncs with your calendar, sends reminders, and stores proof (lab PDFs, vaccine cards, visit notes). The app also helps you actually complete tasks by showing local options (clinics, pharmacies, labs), estimated costs, and one-tap call/booking links where available. This is not a diagnosis tool; it’s a follow-through tool. Most people don’t need more health content—they need a system that prevents them from falling off the preventive-care cliff.
