ScreenRoster is a mobile + web app for clinics, employers, and nonprofits running recurring screening programs (BP, diabetes risk, cholesterol, HPV, colon cancer FIT kits, etc.). It handles outreach lists, eligibility rules, consent capture, appointment slots, on-site check-in, and follow-up tracking in one place. The core value is operational: fewer no-shows, fewer missed follow-ups, and cleaner reporting for funders and compliance. It supports SMS/email reminders, multi-language templates, and simple dashboards showing who is due, who completed, and who needs escalation. An optional AI layer drafts outreach messages, summarizes outcomes for reports, and flags “likely lost to follow-up” participants based on engagement signals—without pretending to diagnose. It’s realistic: it won’t replace EHRs; it plugs into them via exports and lightweight integrations where possible.
