ScrimLedger

ScrimLedger is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps semi-pro and amateur esports teams run scrims like a real org. It centralizes scrim scheduling, opponent contacts, map/veto notes, result logging, and quick post-scrim feedback in one place. Instead of scattered Discord messages, Google Sheets, and forgotten VOD links, teams get a structured workflow: create a scrim, auto-generate a checklist, capture key rounds/moments, and assign action items for the next practice. It also tracks roster availability and role swaps so teams don’t waste sessions figuring out who’s playing what. This is not a magic “AI coach” that pretends to out-analyze pros; the AI is used only to summarize notes, extract timestamps from VOD links, and generate concise practice plans from team input. The goal is operational discipline, not hype.
