ScrimSage is a web + desktop companion app for esports teams that automatically turns scrim VODs into a searchable, tagged review library. It ingests match replays or VODs, detects key moments (teamfights, objective takes, deaths, economy swings), and generates short clips with context so coaches don’t waste hours scrubbing timelines. Teams can add quick notes, assign “fix-it” tasks to players, and track whether recurring mistakes actually decrease over time. The AI is used for event detection, auto-highlights, and summarizing patterns across multiple scrims (e.g., “lost 70% of mid-game fights when engaging without vision”). It’s not trying to replace coaches; it’s a time-saver and consistency tool. Start with one game (e.g., Valorant) and expand only after nailing accuracy and workflow.
