ScrimSage
ScrimSage is a web app (with optional desktop companion) that helps amateur and semi-pro esports teams run better practice. It ingests match VODs and/or replay files, then auto-tags key moments (first deaths, objective fights, economy swings, rotations) and turns them into a short “scrim report” with clips, timestamps, and a prioritized list of fixes. Coaches can assign drills and review notes inside the same workspace, while players get role-specific feedback and a weekly progress view. The product is intentionally narrow: it focuses on scrims and team improvement, not public highlight reels or generic stat dashboards. It supports a small set of games at launch (pick one or two with accessible data), then expands based on demand. Monetization is team-based subscriptions with a free tier capped by uploads and storage.
