ScrimSage

ScrimSage is a web + desktop companion app that turns raw scrim VODs into structured review material for esports teams. You upload a VOD (or connect a stream link), pick the game and team, and it automatically detects rounds/fights/objectives, then generates a timeline of “review moments” with short clips, labels, and notes. Coaches can tag mistakes (positioning, economy, ult usage, rotations), assign clips to players, and export a weekly review pack. It’s built for semi-pro and serious amateur teams who don’t have analysts, and for coaches who are drowning in footage. This is an AI + traditional app: AI handles event detection, highlight segmentation, and draft annotations; the product value comes from the workflow—fast navigation, consistent labeling, and accountability. It won’t magically create strategy; it saves hours and makes review repeatable.
