ScrimSift

ScrimSift is a web + mobile app for competitive gaming communities to schedule and verify scrims across popular titles. Instead of endless Discord DMs and flaky teams, it provides a structured scrim marketplace: teams post availability, rulesets, server/region, and skill tier; other teams request and confirm. After each scrim, both sides submit a quick result and sportsmanship rating, building a reliability score that actually matters. The app integrates with Discord for notifications and lightweight identity linking, but keeps the workflow out of chat. A simple dispute flow (screenshots, match links) reduces drama. Monetization is realistic: freemium for casual teams, paid “Org” plans for clubs and semi-pro orgs that need multiple rosters, staff roles, and analytics on attendance and cancellations. This is not glamorous, but it targets a real operational headache.
