ScriptSift

ScriptSift is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for indie producers, small studios, and film financiers to triage screenplay submissions without drowning in PDFs. Creators upload scripts and a one-page pitch; reviewers get a structured coverage workflow: logline, genre fit, budget band, comparable films, red-flag checklist (legal/IP risk prompts, sensitivity notes), and a standardized scorecard. An AI layer generates a neutral summary, extracts characters/locations, estimates production complexity, and flags inconsistencies—then the human reviewer edits and approves before sharing. The goal isn’t to “pick winners” with AI; it’s to reduce time-to-decision and make feedback consistent. Built-in permissions, watermarked reads, and audit trails help teams collaborate while limiting leaks. Monetization is per-seat for teams plus pay-per-script for high-volume slates.
