ScrumSafe is a mobile + web app that helps amateur rugby clubs run consistent concussion and injury workflows without needing a full-time medical staff. It guides coaches or team managers through standardized sideline symptom checks, captures incident details (time, mechanism, video link), and automatically enforces minimum rest/return-to-play steps based on configurable league policies. Players get a simple recovery checklist, reminders, and a shareable clearance status for coaches. The web dashboard keeps an auditable log for the club, reduces “he said/she said” decisions, and makes it harder to rush players back. This is not a diagnostic tool; it’s a compliance and documentation tool that makes safer decisions easier and faster. Monetization is per-club subscription with optional add-ons for multi-team clubs and league-wide rollouts.
