SealDocs
SealDocs is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that creates a tamper-evident chain of custody for maritime shipping documents and operational evidence: bills of lading, mate’s receipts, cargo condition photos, seal numbers, draft surveys, and terminal handover notes. Instead of chasing email threads and arguing over “who said what,” teams capture evidence at the moment it happens, time-stamped, geo-tagged, and signed. The app generates a single shareable “voyage evidence pack” that can be handed to charterers, insurers, P&I clubs, and claims handlers. It also flags missing or inconsistent items (e.g., seal number mismatch, photo taken outside port window) using lightweight AI checks, not magic predictions. This is not a full TMS or port community system; it’s a focused evidence and documentation layer that plugs into existing workflows via upload, email ingestion, and API.
