SealScope is a mobile + web AI-assisted insulation and air-sealing estimator for homeowners and small contractors who don’t own a blower door or thermal camera. Users walk through a guided room-by-room checklist, capture short videos/photos of common leak points (attic hatch, rim joists, recessed lights, doors, windows, outlets), and enter basic home details (year built, climate zone, fuel type). The app uses AI to flag likely leakage/insulation gaps, estimates priority fixes, rough material quantities, and payback ranges using conservative assumptions. It then generates a simple “weekend plan” with step-by-step tasks, safety notes (e.g., knob-and-tube risk, combustion appliance backdraft warnings), and a shopping list tied to local store SKUs. For contractors, it produces a branded quote template and before/after documentation checklist to reduce callbacks and scope creep. It’s not a replacement for an energy audit; it’s a practical triage tool.
