They can book pickup/drop-off, chat for clarifications, and track status like a delivery. The app stores alteration preferences (e.g., inseam length, taper style) so repeat jobs are faster and more consistent. For tailors, it provides a lightweight job queue, standardized intake forms, and payment handling so small shops can compete without building their own tech. This isn’t glamorous, but it solves a real friction point that causes returns and closet waste: clothes that almost fit.
