SeamSignal is a mobile + web AI app that helps luxury ready-to-wear shoppers and boutique staff verify garment quality and authenticity signals at delivery. Users scan key areas (seams, hems, lining, labels, hardware, pattern matching) and the app generates a structured inspection report with photos, defect flags, and severity. It also creates a “return-ready” evidence pack: timestamped images, a concise defect summary, and suggested wording for contacting the retailer or brand. This is not magic authentication—it's a practical QC assistant that reduces missed defects, speeds up dispute resolution, and helps buyers decide quickly whether to keep, tailor, or return. Brands and boutiques can standardize incoming QC across staff, track recurring issues by SKU/collection, and reduce costly back-and-forth. The MVP focuses on consistent capture workflows, defect detection heuristics, and report generation rather than claiming perfect authenticity.
