SearchSieve

SearchSieve is a web app (with a lightweight Chrome extension) for recruiters and headhunters to quickly validate candidate outreach lists before contacting anyone. It ingests a CSV or LinkedIn-export-style list, then flags likely bad fits and high-risk contacts using rules plus AI: wrong seniority, mismatched location/visa, job-hopper patterns, duplicate outreach history, and “do-not-contact” signals from your own CRM notes. It also generates a short, compliant outreach snippet per segment (not per person) to avoid spammy hyper-personalization. The goal is simple: reduce wasted outreach, improve reply rates, and prevent brand damage from sloppy targeting. It integrates with common ATS/CRM tools so teams can learn from outcomes (reply, interview, rejection) and continuously tighten filters. This is not a magic “find candidates” tool; it’s a quality gate that makes existing sourcing less painful and less embarrassing.
