SeatLedger is a mobile + web app for pop-up dinners and supper clubs that makes reservations financially real. Hosts create an event in minutes, set a per-seat deposit (or full prepay), and share a clean booking link. Guests pay instantly, receive clear policies, and get automated reminders. If someone cancels within the allowed window, SeatLedger automatically offers the seat to a waitlist and handles refunds/credits based on the host’s rules. The app also supports transferring a ticket to a friend (with host approval) to reduce last-minute chaos. For hosts, it provides a simple dashboard for headcount, dietary notes, payout status, and a post-event message tool for repeat business. This is not glamorous, but it targets the unsexy problem that kills pop-ups: unreliable attendance and messy payment handling.
