SeatSage

SeatSage is a web + mobile app (traditional app with light AI) that helps churches and other congregations predict attendance and manage capacity, seating, and volunteer coverage for each service. Leaders create service events, define room capacities and seating sections, and track check-ins via QR codes or simple headcount modes. The app learns from historical patterns (seasonality, holidays, weather, school calendars, special events) to forecast turnout and recommends actions: add overflow seating, open an extra room, shift greeters, or adjust kids’ ministry staffing. It also generates “what to announce” prompts (e.g., encourage earlier arrival, promote alternative service times) and post-service reports that show bottlenecks, no-show rates, and volunteer understaffing. This is not a full church management system; it integrates with existing ChMS tools to avoid a painful rip-and-replace.
