SeatSentry is a mobile + web AI-assisted reservation enforcement and waitlist app for small restaurants that are tired of no-shows and last-minute cancellations. It adds lightweight deposit rules, smart overbooking suggestions, and an automated “fill-the-gap” waitlist that pings nearby diners when a table opens. The app integrates with Google Business Profile and basic POS exports to estimate true turn times, then adjusts booking buffers by daypart and party size. Diners get a simple link to confirm, pre-authorize a small hold, or join a live waitlist without downloading anything. Restaurants see a real-time dashboard showing expected arrivals, risk-scored reservations, and suggested outreach (SMS/WhatsApp) to likely no-shows. This is not a full POS or full reservation suite; it’s a focused revenue-protection layer that can sit on top of existing workflows.
