SeatSweep

SeatSweep is a web + mobile operations app for stadiums and arenas that predicts and reduces queue pain in restrooms, concessions, and entry chokepoints. It ingests existing data sources most venues already have (POS timestamps, Wi‑Fi/BLE presence counts, gate scans, and optional low-cost people counters) to estimate real-time wait times and forecast surges by section and time. Ops staff get a simple “do this now” dashboard: open an extra stand, redirect staff, switch to mobile-only pickup, or push wayfinding messages to specific concourses. Fans can optionally see wait-time maps in the venue app or on digital signage, but the core buyer is venue operations. This is not magic: accuracy improves as the venue runs more events and calibrates sensors, but even rough forecasts can prevent the worst bottlenecks and lost sales.
