SeatSync

SeatSync is a mobile + web app that helps fans in the same stadium section coordinate chants, waves, and timed reactions without relying on the big screen or a hype person. Users join a “Section Room” by scanning a QR code posted by the team/venue or by entering a seat/section code. The app pushes ultra-simple prompts (e.g., “Defense chant in 10 seconds”) and lets fans vote on what to do next during breaks. It also includes a lightweight “noise meter” and section-vs-section challenges that reward participation with venue perks (discount codes, upgrades, merch raffles) funded by sponsors. This is not magic: adoption is the hard part, so the product is designed to work even if only 10–20% of a section participates. Teams get a dashboard to schedule prompts, moderate content, and measure engagement by section and game.
