SelfDraft
SelfDraft is a mobile + web AI app for structured identity exploration without the cringe or vague journaling. Users pick a “role hypothesis” (e.g., manager, artist, caregiver, founder, student again) and run 7–14 day micro-experiments: small tasks, social scripts, boundary-setting prompts, and reflection check-ins. The app tracks energy, anxiety, meaning, and social feedback, then summarizes patterns into a clear “fit report” with next actions. It also includes a private “values and constraints” profile (time, money, health, family obligations) so suggestions stay realistic. A lightweight community layer offers anonymous scenario swaps (not influencer-style feeds). The goal is not to tell people who they are, but to help them gather evidence about which roles actually work in their life.
