SendPolicy is a web app + API gateway that sits between your product and any email provider (SES, SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark). Instead of scattering deliverability and compliance logic across services and codebases, you route outbound mail through SendPolicy to apply consistent rules: per-tenant rate limits, suppression handling, mandatory headers, template allowlists, unsubscribe enforcement, and audit logs. It also provides a “policy simulator” to test how a message would be treated before it’s sent, plus webhooks to sync bounces/complaints into your CRM or data warehouse. This is not a magical deliverability booster; it’s a control layer that reduces mistakes, prevents runaway sends, and makes compliance reviews easier. Pricing is usage-based with higher tiers for multi-region routing, SSO, and long-term retention of audit trails.
