SendProof

SendProof is a web app (with optional API) that adds verifiable delivery evidence to transactional emails—without pretending email is a guaranteed channel. It tracks message handoff, SMTP responses, provider-level events, and user interactions, then generates a tamper-evident “delivery dossier” per message: timestamps, sending IP/domain alignment, SPF/DKIM/DMARC results, provider responses, and click/open signals where available. Support teams can share a redacted report with customers to resolve “I never got it” claims for password resets, OTPs, invoices, and shipping updates. Engineering gets actionable diagnostics (bounces, throttling, spam placement indicators) and automated recommendations to improve deliverability. The product is realistic about limitations: it can’t force inbox placement, but it can drastically reduce uncertainty and speed up root-cause analysis. It integrates with common ESPs and logs data in a compliance-friendly way.
