SenseAudit

SenseAudit is a mobile + web AI app that helps people make meaning from real life without pretending everything is profound. You log short “evidence snippets” (a moment, decision, conflict, win, or regret) in under 60 seconds. The app then runs a weekly Meaning Audit: it clusters your snippets into recurring themes (belonging, autonomy, growth, service, status, security, etc.), highlights contradictions (what you say matters vs. what you actually do), and suggests 1–2 small experiments for the next week. It also includes a “Narrative Check” that rewrites your week in three lenses—hero story, systems story, and random-noise story—so you can see where you’re forcing meaning that isn’t there. Exportable summaries support therapy/coaching, but the product stands alone for self-guided reflection.
