SenseTrace

SenseTrace is a mobile AI app that turns short, guided “body check-ins” into actionable body-awareness insights. Instead of generic posture nagging, it focuses on interoception and movement quality: users record 30–60 second clips doing simple tasks (sit-to-stand, overhead reach, single-leg balance) and answer a few sensation prompts (tightness, effort, breath, stability). The app scores asymmetry, control, and compensation patterns, then suggests one micro-drill (2–4 minutes) and a cue to try immediately. Progress is tracked as trendlines (not perfection scores) to reduce shame and churn. It also includes a “pain vs. warning” decision tree with clear disclaimers, helping users decide when to rest, modify, or seek a clinician. This is not a medical diagnosis tool; it’s a practical self-awareness coach that makes movement feedback concrete without expensive wearables.
