SentenSync

SentenSync is a web app for courts and probation departments that converts messy sentencing orders into a structured, trackable supervision plan. Staff upload a PDF order or paste text; the system extracts conditions (fees, classes, no-contact, curfew, testing, community service), flags ambiguity, and generates a standardized checklist with due dates and responsible parties. It then produces a clean “conditions summary” for the defendant and a machine-readable export for the agency’s case management system. This is not magic: it won’t replace legal review, and it will require human confirmation before anything is finalized. The value is speed, consistency, and fewer missed conditions that later become violations or appeals. Built-in audit trails show exactly what was extracted, what was edited, and who approved it, which is critical in government environments.
