SeriesPilot
SeriesPilot is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps creators reliably publish multi-episode content series across platforms. Most creators don’t fail from lack of ideas—they fail from inconsistent production, scattered notes, and losing track of what’s already been said. SeriesPilot turns a vague concept into a repeatable pipeline: define a series premise, generate an episode outline template, track research assets, draft scripts, and schedule deliverables with clear “done” definitions.
It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI assists with episode ideation, structure, hooks, and continuity checks (e.g., “you already covered this in Episode 3”). It also creates platform-specific cutdown plans (YouTube longform → Shorts/TikTok/IG Reels) and maintains a “series bible” so collaborators stay aligned.
Brutal reality: this won’t magically make content good, and creators who don’t already have a cadence won’t suddenly become disciplined. The product wins by reducing friction for creators who are already serious and want fewer dropped balls, faster scripting, and better reuse of existing material. Monetization is straightforward: subscription tiers based on number of series, collaborators, and AI usage.
