SeriesPilot is a web + mobile app (traditional app with light AI) focused on one thing: fixing recurring events that drift, break, or become inconsistent across calendars. It lets you define a “recurrence contract” (rules + exceptions + ownership) for meetings, shifts, classes, maintenance, or billing reminders, then continuously audits connected calendars (Google/Microsoft/ICS) for mismatches: wrong time zones, missing instances, duplicate series, changed locations, or edits that only applied to one occurrence. When it detects issues, it proposes safe, explainable fixes and can apply them with approval. It also supports “series migrations” (e.g., move a weekly meeting from Tue to Wed for 3 months, then revert) without creating messy duplicate series. This is not another calendar; it’s a reliability layer for recurring schedules that teams and individuals already run their lives on.
